Our manufacturing departments are available for production of individual filter components. Resources already devoted to ongoing metal-spinning of end caps and stainless steel filter baskets can be readily re-assigned to your requirement.
PLEATING
We have extensive production pleating know-how in cellulose and synthetic, wire cloth and fiberglass, and multi-layer configurations. Using a variety of proprietary techniques, we can process both very stiff media and extremely close pleat height tolerances that other filter firms have found impossible to do.
Hoff Engineering has the largest industrial pleating capacity in the Midwest. Our six pleaters have pleat heights ranging from .125” to 2.125”. They accept filter media in rolls up to 40” wide. We welcome contract pleating work.
