Easier said than done. At Hoff Engineering, it means continuous training for our employees in the importance of on-going quality improvements. Quality is the job of every employee at Hoff Engineering. We strive for defects-free manufacture through statistical quality analysis. Standards for incoming supplies, process control, and final inspections/pack-out compose a complete QA program that has been accepted by Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors and General Electric.
Hoff Engineering's staff is largely composed of old filter hands. Senior management has been in place for more than 30 years. Many of the manufacturing floor technicians have worked at Hoff for more than 15 years. Their loyalty, work ethic, and hands-on experience embody our Quality Mission.
